Middle Creek Parklands subdivision located between Four Corners and Bozeman was developed as a unique and private community with single-family homes with almost 70 acres of open park space and over four miles of walking trails. This subdivision was designed with a focus on solar utilization and the conservation of energy and water. Middle Creek Parklands encourages homes with designs according to LEED for Homes or Energy-Star guidelines and focus on the conservation of energy and water resources.

Our homeowners association is dedicated to ensuring that our community is a safe, beautiful, and vibrant place to live. We strive to create an environment that is welcoming to all residents and fosters a sense of community spirit.

Our HOA is managed by 4G Property Management and dedicated group of volunteers who are committed to serving the needs of our community. We work closely with our residents to identify their concerns and address them in a timely and effective manner. Our HOA is run by an elected board of directors who are responsible for making decisions on behalf of the community.

One of our primary goals is to maintain the common areas of our community. This includes parks, playgrounds, and trails. We believe that by keeping these areas clean and well-maintained, we can help promote a healthy and active lifestyle for our residents.

We also work hard to ensure that our community is safe and secure.
