You may submit an architectural review from the HOA portal at https://fourgpropmgmt.appfolio.com/connect/users/sign_in

The web portal also allows for payments and access to shared documents such as design review guidelines and covenants.

The board welcomes questions or suggestions by emailing us at MiddleCreekParklandsBoard@Gmail.com or by using the form to the left.   The management company is the primary contact for complaints.
